Greatest credit union to have on your side. Always there for you when in need of anything. I bank with them and have two loans with them: a credit card and a car loan.

Very excellent customer service. I'm super impressed with Wright-Patterson Credit Union. I have been with Day Air Credit Union for five years, and with a 667 credit score and zero debt, I could not get a car loan. But Wright Patt and Reichard Buick got me all the way together. Thank you, Wright Patt, for outstanding work and client support system. I didn't even have to go into the branch; the dealer opened the account for me during my car sale. Talk about convenience!

I have been a customer with Wright Patt for 15 years. I applied for a personal loan and have a stellar pay history on my credit report and a good credit score, my DTI is a bit high and that was the reason I was applying for the loan was to do some debt consolidation and they turned me down. None of the representatives are on the same page and I keep getting different information from everyone that I have spoken with. I called my bank and was able to get approved and funded within 10 minutes. I’ll never try to do business with this place again and I will be closing out all of my accounts that I have with them. Hopefully they hire competent people that are aware how the financial industry work.

My elderly parents have "autopay" on their HELOC....WPCU decided to change the date they paid it to conveniently after it was due, charged a late fee, and are now threatening collections -- hoping my parents wouldn't notice. They didn't, but I did. This is clearly elder abuse and will not be tolerated...I will successfully fight this but I'd prefer that nobody else should have to.

Low apr. Easy to contact and easy to work with a good grace period 15 days. This helps if you get paid every two weeks. The payment is high but I'm looking to refinance soon

Opened up a CD with Wright-Patt Credit Union only to get a notification that they performed a hard credit check thru Transunion. Imagine, I'm giving them money and they are running a credit check on me? What? Would rate zero if I could.

Set me up on an auto pay system at the start of the loan but made me go in and manually make the first one. A couple of years later they did not inform me that I had an $8 balance on my account and could not tell me where it was from.
