number 11 had been retired by the Kings for a guy named Bob Davies who played in the in the 40s and 50s but apparently the Bob Davies family the Davies said yeah we’re fine with it this is from uh let’s see Bob davies’s daughter said my siblings and I are so proud of our father and everything he accomplished throughout his legendary career he was a great influence on our family as well as many young inspiring athletes he was definitely a man of true character giving us a bonus family connection to number 11 we thought it was fitting to share our dad’s number with demontis and wish him much success so nice story gets even nicer it does the only thing you now you know here I’m coming with the negative side of the of the story is if you come from one angle I’m with you yeah everybody who’s well in theory you can I haven’t figured that out yet here here’s what I was going to say about the Jersey it won’t be popular to me once you retire somebody’s Jersey that’s it you don’t even ask to me once the Jersey’s retired that’s it there’s a reason it’s retired forever can I have that Jersey be no well I it doesn’t matter it’s already retired but I know that’s out of Step I always appreciated when Joe Montana went to the Chiefs and he wanted number 16 and Lenny Dawson was a Hall of Fame quarterback Chiefs they asked Lenny Dawson Hey Joe want your number he said no absolutely not that’s my number there’s a reason why you retired it nothing against Joe but hello I’m the man around here first of all Joe you washed up yeah that’s what he probably told him but I mean Joe still bald out when he went to Chiefs I thought you were saying you you almost caught me by surprise right there because you was like look when Joe went to the Chiefs it was like you’re happy about that no no no no no okay I was just saying and I get it he’s like well uh I would like to be number 16 that’s my number well I’m sure I’m sure Lenny Dawson will be fine I just appreciate that Lenny Dawson had some backbone and said I don’t care who it is you retired that in my name so no 18 on brother yeah didn’t he were 19 I think yeah so this is great uh the Davies family that’s great and I’m sure on some level they’re just glad that oh people remembering a dad you know but to me once you retire someone’s Jersey it’s like yeah you that’s it it’s done even if it was like from the 40s done okay I know it’s oldfashioned and that’s not going to fly today and this is a nice story and I hate to kind of you know tarnish of cast any kind of Shadows on a nice store that’s just the way I think of it no I’m I’m with you I mean look you have your issue with it I have mine and we both can meet in the middle again I’m calling for the Sacramento Kings for everyone who has purchased the mon sabonis Jersey that has a tin on it the king should allow sabonis fans King’s fans to bring that Jersey in and head straight over to the area which is right in the back by like the um the information Des well no one realized and then until somebody’s like hey hey hey he can’t wear that number that number is retired it’s Bob Davy’s number and then once people realize they’re like oh yeah yeah yeah so I I’m a little unclear in the details if anybody remembers that yeah this affecting your uh your psyche when it comes to retired jersey numbers and how the operation goes huh you’re not feeling this well that one was that was It was kind of embarrassing you know and it was because Bob Davies played for the Rochester worlds it was so long ago and then the franchise went to Cincinnati went to Kansas City and by the time you get here it’s like that I think the Kings have done a great job of maintaining the the threads of a connection to the early days of the franchise but still it’s like nobody here saw Bob Davies play here so it’s like oh that’s right that’s right he can’t wear that that number anymore but it was it was kind of funny really because the guy’s playing like he’s wearing that number right there that’s retired some you’re right we’ll we’ll we’ll deal with that we’ll figure that out oh we have from Curtis I think it’s Curtis pointing out here he says uh yeah Curtis 6 three over for sure it’s over I I think you tried to talk yourself into it may become a Series yesterday but I think in your heart or heart in your mind the mind you know it’s over well I know it’s at least 80s something percent chance that this doesn’t get Beyond on five it’s probably what’s chance of a sweep is probably better than 5050 huh yeah yeah yeah but I do think if Dallas wins tonight if they do and they go back to Boston and the SS as they tend to do if they get a little tight maybe I don’t think there’s much of a chance but maybe we could have a series as far as porzingis goes all he knows Joe moula said he’s been working out Joe moula says he’s pardon my language he says he’s trying like hell to play again and I’m sorry that’s what he said um but He’s listed us quite questionable for tonight thing is the Celtics bottom line Jay I mean they never say this publicly but they’re probably like don’t I mean he’s a good player we don’t need him to beat these guys we just proed that the last game true they’d love to have him but they can win without him I mean you can he can go three games at this point not play and come back game seven if there need be but I don’t see it you can go ahead and have a seat rest up collect your trophy your bonus whatever that is I mean what’s the point unless you just want to go out there to say I played in every Finals game or you know what you didn’t you know whatever but I don’t know what they’re trying to achieve by saying porzingis is day-to-day right now just cing them out if you guys can’t beat Dallas one time within the next four then you had uh the Warriors again then you had Denver then you had this Boston team and this Boston team hasn’t won it yet I realize if you’re a Dallas fan you know what’s he talking about hey they hav won it yet I get I understand that but that’s your Boston accent no that was my Texas oh okay I was like where where going I’m a Dall I didn’t know where you were going right I root for the Rangers and my favorite player ever is Nolan Ryan is it Nolan noan or is it Troy aan Troy aan I love Troy Kenny Stabler Kenny Stabler snake he went from Texas but right he’s from Alabama right yeah yeah uh I think this is the best team of those six and I think they win this and I think there’s every chance if they can hold the team together they can win again next year probably won’t it’s tough but they’re good enough to probably should have beaten the Warriors no probably if if was a fifth we all be drunk you know that doesn’t matter we don’t they didn’t get it done that’s true and that’s House miles away because it was so quiet but anyway the bus driver pulls over to let someone you saw some I saw some weird things on the bus at that time in the morning he sees a fight across the street and he thought like I I didn’t see it he thought someone was getting jumped or something I don’t know the bus driver gets out of the bus and runs over there and we’re all sitting on the bus going I hope he makes it nobody else was going to drive that bus no one’s and I fell bad should I should I help him I don’t really know what’s going on out there I have to go to work I probably shouldn’t run out there yeah and then sure enough after a while he comes back on and we go on our way could you could you see what was going on and where he was helping okay it was dark literally and it was across the street but he you know bless him he saw some injustice going on he’s like well he just didn’t say anything to anybody just like went out took care of bus driver business you might have had a little superhero as a bus driver on the under you didn’t know yeah jumps out the how long was it can you remember not more in a couple minutes couple minutes so he runs out he’s like hey get your hands off this gun as I recall is that right then he just runs back in he’s like you know how to hit the air brakes and it raises up and you’re like we’re out yep you’re pulling that core a couple exits yep I always uh what time uh by that time it was probably around 4:15 or 420 time show start six yeah okay yeah boy what show was this this was on uh it was when NBC still owned radio stations yes yeah gotta place called kyuu and what was the uh that was call letters what were what were you guys talking about uh it was it was adult contemporary music yeah it it always uh befuddles me contemporary music what does that even mean it’s not bethoven I don’t know contemporary music that could be anything you could name that into that could be Poss right could put that in that’s a wide range of things very wide range of things a dope contemporary music so as you said anything but classical I guess okay do you consider Bob Koozie contemporary uh no Bob Koozie one of the great Celtics from the 50s I believe 50s and 60s I know he played with Russ a little bit so Jay sent me this Bob Koozie one of the great Celtics what is he 95 now he’s 95 Bob koo’s like and he’s swearing and he’s like ah 95 I can’t walk but I really want Celtics to win he did say that didn’t he yes didn’t he say like I have one foot in the grve uhuh uhuh yeah I barely can move yeah but for him it’s like oh before I go to be part of that Legacy where we would win one more than the Lakers he says that’s all I could ask for that’s kind of cool that is that is you know and for him to that’s real disdain towards the Lakers when you carry it that your whole entire life almost to the almost literally by his estimation to the Grave to the Grave that’s that’s a lot of hate right there and I respect that I respect that from Bob Koozie man you know I I didn’t know Bob Koozie had that type of disdain yeah in his heart in his mind maybe that’s what’s keeping him going maybe tough but hey tonight the Celtics can do it I got a little I’m feeling pretty perky now he might jump up good for him he said he can’t move but he you know bar move he said but he might jump up H his James Brown the Celtics get a Championship today and if so hopefully someone you know as family members or if I don’t know if he’s going to be attending or you know wherever wherever he is on this glorious day hopefully they record it yeah I would love to see Bob Koozie get up and dribble a basketball you know talk about the Celtics or Champions yeah one of the saddest things I ever saw I know we got to take a time out here seriously this was so sad you know Bill Russell when through hell in Boston yeah and a lot of it was was racial and Bob Koozie this is probably 20 30 years ago he was on an ESPN show and he was talking about all that and he started talking about how you know I probably could have done more to help Russ and he broke down sobbing just in shame and in tears and on the one hand yeah you probably should have I don’t know what he did or didn’t do but it was so sad to see this man start you know looking back on it I probably could have done more for Russ and he just broke down going in and the offense stagnates in that sense they remind me of the Kings so I looked up some numbers again I’m not saying the kings are anywhere near as good as Boston we we know that that’s not the case three-point field goal attempts this year in the NBA the most tries from three number one Boston number two Dallas number three Sacramento because they they do they go through a a a simple act that every team in the NBA does and they do it a little more they’re like Boston they do it a lot more they do it more than Boston or Dallas but here’s the problem uh the Kings number three in a attempts but in percentage 16th in the league and where’s Boston I think they were number one I’ll have to double check that for you yeah but they’re very high so that’s thing if you’re shooting a lot and they’re not going in it’s like well that’s not a good plan so is that the only similarity we’re basing this Boston so in comparison to the Sacramento Kings in that sense they reminded me of the Kings they so there’s a shoot a lot of Threes so well why doesn’t it work because Boston has all those great Shooters we were just talking about porzingis with Mitch even porzingis is a really good three-point shooter yeah they got three-point Shooters all the way around the Kings had a couple and I think they didn’t have as many as they thought last year so if they’re gonna run the same type of offense if they’re going to shoot as many threes how many times did I remember sitting there in in the media sessions with Mike Brown we’re trying to shoot 40 threes a game I think Jay triono was on with this he yeah that’s still our Target you know if you’re going to shoot that many you got to be a better shooting hit it yeah maybe they had a bad year uh maybe herder and and Keegan are are better three-point Shooters but either they have to be next year or you just can’t keep shooting so many threes if you’re middle of the pack and mix yeah well I mean that’s common sense it’s one of those things you know why I always go back to shooting threes and maybe you were down in the area when the warriors were playing the rockets in the Western Conference finals and the rockets just took so many three-point shots and couldn’t find the bottom of the bucket and people were scream screaming I know people were screaming because post you know post that play a lot of people talked about how bad they shot percentage wise from threo Lan stop shooting them right if you can’t hit them and you know now James hard Chris Paul guys like that PJ Tucker in the corner at that time they shot a high percentage they just went cold that day but with that being said it’s the same situation if you’re not hitting them yeah stop shooting him you have to change certain things up middle of the pack is I don’t want to say is the is the best it’s the middle of the pack right so 16th yes hit or miss a few here and there you might be able to move up there are times and where the Kings need to stop shooting there are times where I think they need to continue to shoot hence why they’re in the middle of the pack I don’t see any type of similarity from the Boston Celtics and and the Sacramento Kings I’ll be completely honest I I mean I’m I’m trying in my mind to you know ass simulating I will say this though it’s the spray threes that they could drive and spray that’s what Mike Brown was preaching all year long by the way Thunder was number one and three-o percentage B was two number two yeah I’m sorry guess no no I I’ll leave it at that I’ll leave it at that I I don’t want to uh at that point Ray Ordon is Nike was trying to get into baseball Ray ordonia was a Nike athlete and so they allowed us to go out here and you know it’s like a Allstar festivity so for the whole weekend one day you do something one day you do the next day you know and one of the days where we were out there able to practice and play like a scrimmage game with some of that and how did he warm up before the game how did he get ready how did he take ground man and untraditional how about that we we’ll say that most of the time and you know there’s so many different ways you can warm up as a baseball player of course from the the type of stretches you do to the type of you know catch that you play I’ve seen people use heavy balls medicine balls you know all these different Avenues but as far as taking ground balls I had seen people you know like we’re probably what 12 feet away from each other 15 feet me and you yeah something like that I’ve seen coaches roll the ball towards people you know 10 15 12 feet to a player people burying stuff you have the flat glove mitt which looks kind of like a if you picture just a um almost like a paddle a paddle yeah like a a table tennis paddle or you know a plate of saucer on your hand and uh you would stick your hand on one side and the other side would just be a flat Mitten so a a flat surface and you would have to take your top hand and cover the ball up as you receive ground balls right it it makes you work on your hand eye coordination things like that um trans transitioning the ball from your glove to your hand those type of things I had never seen a b baseall player take full on one Hoppers to warm up from a coach with a Fungo bat now Fungo bat is not your typ going back to talking about Adam coming to the plate not being prepared a funo bat is a special bat that is um it was created to hit uh defensive drills right and so like a heavier barrrel and a thinner handle yeah thinner handle some not a heavier barrel it’s lighter normally lighter um and it has more spring off the bat like if a bat was corked it would look like a golf ball coming off a baseball bat a tennis ball you know something like that and so he warmed up taking barehanded one Hoppers barehanded barehanded no glove no glove one hand each though so your left hand your right hand and he was a great Fielder I mean one of the best from what most people talk about you know he just couldn’t hold his weight when it came hitting and that’s why I say he was just born into a different era because right now he’d be Allstar shortstop I’ll bet you uh we were talking about this I’ll bet you he grew up playing without a glove yeah I think so I really do and I didn’t have those conversations with him and I always get mixed up where Ry oron is from let me look that up real quick because um that may play uh and I want to always say he was from Cuba but yeah he is from Cuba Cuba Cuba yeah he may have he may have grown up playing without a glove yes and so it was normal to him you could tell it was absolutely normal to him so you put a glove on him it’s like this is a luur this nothing man yeah this is something extra cheat I’m cheating I am cheating the game and defensively he was a wizard yeah he just didn’t get recognized a lot of times because he couldn’t hit yeah I I I know Ry oron is got to have a gold glove or three let’s uh Ernie Banks Cal Ripken there’s a bunch of guy bar Lin was was real Nifty with the glove at shortstop A-Rod was a beast with the glove at shortstop you know he was prototypical short stop he was big he was long he was rangy he had a good arm of course his hitting just overshadow what he did defensively but Ry oron defensively for my money in person and don’t get me wrong Jimmy Rollins was there who was also a Gold Glove winner great shortstop probably borderline Hall of Famer World Champ with the Phillies uh love Jimmy Rollins there were other players there but man ray oron defensively I’d never seen anyone never heard warm up one Hoppers sharp one Hoppers from the plate two short stop with each hand 10 here 10 here 20 here 20 here I’ll do two hands for 10 one hand back to start doing that drill absolutely not absolutely not my hands were too precious baby no way no way huh so anyway thank you CIO for that suggestion reminded me of the story that Jay told me this week and I’d never tonight I don’t know but there’s three things that I think uh we need to talk about one is just we’ve talked about this a lot the way Boston is relentlessly attacking Luca I heard a stat this morning on the morning show Christopher LOD mentioned um remember that blowby rate we talked about yesterday uh the third highest blowby rate in the post season was uh Luca against the Clippers the second highest blowby rate ever was Luca against OKC might have those two reversed and then the first highest blowby rate in a playoff series in the last 10 years is Luca in this series so that’s another thing about Luca and why he’s complaining about the officiating it’s no excuse but he is embarrassed the Celtics are embarrassing him and he’s used to being the guy that everyone looks up to and oh my goodness the great Luca and he’s having a he’s putting up big numbers although he’s working so hard for him he’s not very efficient but I think right now the way they’re working him Jay he is flat out embarrassed by the way the Celtics are taking advantage of him yeah and you can see it it’s over uh you can see it through his actions you can see it through his uh his frustration yeah you could see it through his play absolutely and as they should when you see a weakness you attack it yes and they have they’ve done a great job Jaylen Brown for sure has seen like every time he sees Luca his eyes light up like a casino oh man I see I’m coming the win baby I’m hting Vegas I’m on the strip I got luuka in front of me I I can’t blame him and you know that’s something Luca’s gonna have to work on moving forward I do think in all fairness he’s never been a good Defender we know but I think he’s banged up in a number of ways with a bad knee so they see a bad Defender who’s taking uh you know injections to his chest he’s got a bad knee he cannot guard us and so they are breaking down Dallas’s defense that’s one reason they’re getting so many threes because once the first guy once the guy with the ball gets past Luca or whoever gets into the pain it’s a matter of who want who do I give this shot to I got Horford over here I got I got Tatum over there well usually it’s Tatum I got Jaylen there I got Drew holiday I got Derek W who who wants to shoot who wants this three guys really and they’re just passing it out yeah because it’s basically five on four yeah yeah I mean it’s something that most people have said is a deficiency for Luca throughout his career as defense you know a lot of people have been programmed to call Luca out defensively and his shows right now you playing against Allstar an all NBA League type you know offense when it comes to Tatum and brown and Derek white and Drew holiday I mean they they’re just throwing guys at Luca and everybody’s taking advantage this is a really bad matchup for Dallas it is you know I know a lot of people like you they picked Dallas because they came into the series with so much momentum and now it looks like wow what happened to him but I think it’s just you know as drapes talked about last week basketball is is matchups at this level and this is a bad when boss is playing well it’s a bad matchup yeah for Dallas number two yeah um look I love the NBA but this has been a very disappointing postseason for the NBA look at the last couple rounds how quick the series have been and they live off the you know as far as the TV numbers they live off of a longer series and last round you had a sweep and you had a five gamer now we’re on the verge of another sweep that’s just the way it goes there’s nothing you can do about it unless you want the officials to get involved and hey we need another game guys to their credit they they had chances to do that in the last game and they didn’t do it you know that’s one of the things remember when Luca drew the uh he found out I was thinking if they reverse this and call this a charge then something heaky is going on they didn’t do that so yes again bless them but this has been a difficult postseason for the NBA uh the ratings have been so so and the series have been short yeah it it’s definitely been like the last third of the NBA season has definitely been questioned because of the physicality that a lot of you know games are having the playoffs a lot you know for people like myself who’s probably and I won’t say you know older because I grew up watching NBA in the 90s but it was way more physical right and so you can definitely attest to that in the 80s and the 70s you you could pretty much go out there Clos line a person people could close line could legally stab a guy if it was in the lower body and be all good with yeah yeah oh that’s all right man that’s technical yeah don’t worry about it just he’ll it’ll be back rub some dirt on it and so I think the third the last third of the NBA season has been it’s been up and down for the league you know they just signed a whole another deal so they’re not hurting right you know some of the pressure’s off yeah so when it comes you know the monetary situation they’re they’re not hurting at all I will say I do think they’re going to have to get you know the physicality portion of what’s going on in the in in each game under control under subjection here this off season because there are people like Draper who has come out and said you know dignitaries of the NBA of the league who have come out and said this might be a little too much and Draper has said that even on air as he’s called a game you know him and Katie have talked about just the mugging the phys ality the abuse that damont sabonis has taking at certain points and times during games and so I think the NBA is going to have to take a step back really try to figure out the medium you know where where is the middle of this where can we you know take it down a notch a little bit we don’t want to take it back to Ticky Tac soft fouls again because I’m not that I’m not a fan of that myself but I think they got to find something right in the middle you know compared to what we’ve seen over the last third and it was just like a flip of the too and I think that’s what really caught a lot of people off guard white I agree with you and that was the third thing I was going to mention and I know we touched on it yesterday the officials are just continuing this trend that started as you say in the regular season they’re just choosing not to call blatant fouls at times there are times when there is blatant obvious contact that is foul by any definition that any fan can see uh you don’t have to be a I’m I watch a lot of NBA you can watch I watch a little bit of basketball you know what a foul is and since the end of the regular season since the All-Star break really we all see it we all know it there have been many times where the officials they’re just choosing not to call certain fouls and they’re calling it incidental contact and when it’s not so they’re basically trying to change the definition of what a foul is apparently it’s in reaction to the fact that so many players would go back to Joel embiid when he scored 70 and you had this explosion in the first half of the year which I think a lot of people like but the NBA apparently felt like well we can’t keep going with this we got to do something about this that’s what they’re deciding to do I don’t think they know exactly yet how far they’re gonna take it but it’s a bad look yeah it is especially if someone is GNA wind up really getting hurt like I can’t remember and correct me if I’m wrong I don’t remember anybody just truly getting hurt from the physicality you know just where he tore an ACL or you know a knee or sprained an ankle tour an ankle like I don’t really remember that but it can get to that point in a minute you know because you know how it goes what they say you give a person an inch they’ll take a mile you start to let some of these guys like Draymond and Bobby Portis and I’m not trying to pick on these guys they play a physical brand of basketball smart if you’re gonna call a foul I’m gonna foul you come on now guess what stepen Adams is coming back this year he’ll be fully healthy hopefully knocking on wood like guys like that you come down the lane yeah you might catch one and it might be old school you know as I put my hand in air quotes it might be old school it might be something where it’s gonna get someone hurt and then we’ll start to have conversations because the difference and it this is the it sounds bad but this is reality the difference now is compared to the 70s guys are making $60 million stars of yester years were making 500,000 M you know if you caught a million dollars oh my goodness who was it Joe Klein I can’t remember who was the first person that that made a million dollars but in on a contract in the basket and in the NBA but that’s the difference $60 million right now you know you go down and you protect your assets come on now you Clos line Dame and he tears a knee and he’s out he tears an Achilles and we know how bad an Achilles injury is is he’s out this season then he’s got to fight to come back next season he most people who have an Achilles normally injure the opposite side for whatever reason you know you taking the pressure off one side and putting a pressure on another like it doesn’t normally work out they normally have some lingering effects so you don’t want a guy like Dame Who you gonna have to pay $60 million come down and all of a sudden you know player B pushes Dame and now he’s done for the season second you know second week of the Season yeah there was a dunk that Tatum had I think it was during Boston’s big run and he clearly was it uh Derk Jones or was it uh was it PJ somebody hit him as he dunked it clearly just hacked him on the wrist trying to you know knock the ball out didn’t do it he dunked and he got hacked and they don’t call foul and he was looking around like what it’s them no and left again and I’ve even heard people say I wouldn’t never even let them left the first time without you know locking them in and I just think the Lakers have a tough time admitting to themselves they need to begin to start to rebuild they have to start to think about rebuilding all at the same and they’re kind of in a tough position we we talk about this in sports quite a bit how do you begin to re rebuild Infuse young Talent veterans you know veterans but at the same time you have LeBron so you kind of have to go you know shoot for the championship and they’re kind of like in an in between position again makes me smile because I can’t stand the Lakers but if I’m looking at it from the Lakers standpoint or of a Laker fan I’m a little worried right I don’t really know what’s the what’s the answer when it comes to head coaching I would believe it’s not JJ reick I would love to see James bgo I would also think is James bgo the type of character that can withstand you know a four game losing Street and LeBron at the press conference hoing and hum you know humming and hoing especially if he really wanted reic yes you know podcast part absolutely you know ad can get down there and be in a slumber and have quick conversation who knows what they’re doing with with D’Angelo if he comes back you know that’s a whole another piece of the puzzle they have to figure out I just don’t know where the Lakers are trying to go I know they want to win a championship I know they’re they’re listening to LeBron but on paper I don’t know where they’re you know we the direction of what this organization is doing and I’ll be honest I don’t believe in Ry palinka either I yeah he’s good at keeping his job that’s what he’s good at is he good at building a basketball team he’s made some good moves but he seems better he’s better than anything else at just keeping his job which is a skill itself absolutely yeah I I think think LeBron’s gonna stay and as you pointed out to me before the show we have confirmation now bronny worked out for the Lakers so I think that’s that’s going to happen it’s gonna happen in LA and LeBron wants it to happen there I think he should leave though for two big reasons one if they’re getting a rookie head coach and JJ reick it’s gonna take JJ reck a while to figure things out because he’s a human being and he’s got to learn how to coach and that’s going to to a degree limit what the Lakers can accomplish and LeBron doesn’t have that many years left we know that because LeBron has told us that so that’s one reason get a rookie head coach you’re almost to me you’re almost kicking next year not going to win next year and then the other thing is to that point LeBron doesn’t have many years left and the West is just a Minefield there’s just so many good teams you got to get through in the East yeah you got Boston but through which conference is it easier to get to the finals Eastern Conference yes so that’s why I think LeBron look and and haven’t you learned that before uh I think he should go to a team in the East to give him the best chance actually get back to the finals before he’s done now if that doesn’t matter as much to him and he wants to play with his son or whatever fine he should do that but if he really wants to get back to the finals if he wants to have any chance to catch Michael Jordan with six championships he’s gotta go back East I don’t think he will you don’t think he get in the west at any point you don’t think at there’s not a shot for him to get back in the West at all it’s a lot harder a lot harder I don’t think they have a realistic shot where realistically where could he go on East for you like what where would you be pinpointing LeBron to get back to because it’s only really coming down to what three or four cities Philadelphia oh that’ be ugly for a lot of guys if if LeBron went to Philadelphia would embid takes the pressure off him another ball handler you got Tai Maxi coming into his own Allstar all NBA type guy and then we’ll figure out the rest that’s ugly that got I know they have a lot of cap space yeah they’re looking to get Malik monk allegedly they have like four players under contract or something like that we that’ll be ugly man I like that I don’t like it but that’s what he should do well I mean I guess I like that as a basketball yeah dude’s gonna be the truth he will be top 10 guy you could see it and um they like yeah yeah you know those type of thing I think coach was at Tulsa University at the time I think he was coaching at Tulsa maybe or somewhere Louisiana maybe somewhere down south somewhere and um he was head coach of University which I can’t think of off top my mind but he was saying he was like I really like this guy and I we played him maybe two years ago with what coach Mike D Ley was saying and he was like dude was the truth I like SGA really do and the other part I love Dane just love Dane and I like Giannis Clay is it’s hard for me to watch now because when he was healthy before the injuries to me he was like that’s how you shoot a basketball you know it’s like he was textbook plus yes L guys that are great Shooters but Clay is like everything was like wow it’s just pretty to watch him shoot yes and he was such a good Defender too when they were playing the Celtics every year excuse me when they were playing the Cavs every year I meant to say and he’s you know trying to guard Kyrie and he’s doing a good job he’s going down nailing those jump shots and yeah uh he’s still got a little something left not the same but he still got something left for somebody yeah he’s he’s got some a little petol left in the tank absolutely I as you said I don’t think he’s ever going to be the guy not so much as because of you know Talent OR skill it’s just injuries and age and you know whatever something he’ll be 84 years old get up out of bed on Christmas morning and make a jump shot still be able to shoot it yeah probably so yeah probably so what he when you look at it like one I think we can all agree Steph Curry is the greatest shooter ever play in the NBA at least for me for my money clay looks better than Steph though like fundamentally yes no question it looks better now when I’m not for entertainment value but fundamentally habit wise man for my money play squares up he has like the perfect jump shot that’s how you shoot it exactly that’s it absolutely you know stuff just coming from all so many different angles he’s so deadly the quick shot you know step clay had the quick release as well and he of course being bigger taller a little more solid a little more um you know girth to him but I I always enjoy watching clay really really play ball uh unfortunate you know the kees and the ACL took advantage of some of his uh his life but his NBA life I should say always enjoyed it I like Giannis too man like Giannis looks unorthodox doesn’t always look pretty but man takes him maybe four steps to get from one end of the Court they should really probably measure that someone should do a measurement they remember they used to have like sports science or whatever it win a record whatever it’s just so big so it’s it’s not so much that it’s golf it’s just that this is this is great reality TV which sports is at its best so you you can watch the majors but you just can’t watch you know I don’t watch Management Open Over few hes but it doesn’t like I said if I was playing more I probably would watch it more yeah but uh yeah like in the US Open Father’s Day you know how many of us played golf with our dads and there is something special about that did you oh sure okay sure gotcha how was your pop’s golf game slice ofama man got yeah he would lose it right a the um schedule popped out we talked about how how many miles they’re traveling which is the most in the NFL I believe second most in the NFL they go to the east coast five five times right don’t they go to the east coast five time which they’ll probably cut you know they’ll they’ll cut that down they’ll probably stay out there you know a week or two that’s what Shanny kind of does but injuries are the 49ers problem we know that they catch the injury bug quite a bit that’s a little scary I I will admit that is a little scary when you really sit down and look at it and and Vic is doing fan he’s doing ydg research right there I like that yeah but it kind of scares me in the form of can you trust the 49ers brass the Stars to be there I’m not sure because I just don’t trust most of those guys going through a 17 Game season anyway and the fact that I thought they had a you know a a very difficult schedule thrown at them it was the ninth most you know difficult schedule on paper when you look at it to me especially like that Chief Seattle uh and I have to pull it up Chief Seattle and somebody else run I was like oh that’s kind of difficult that’s that’s difficult um but I injuries for me with the 49ers they play A Part how how did you think they really they dealt with the injuries last year every team’s gonna get injured they may rely on a certain you know some key guys like Trent Williams who are a little older and you know maybe that’s a little bit more of a hold your breath but you know they had the number of safeties go down I thought overall even though Dre Greenlaw got hurt in the Super Bowl they still almost won the Super Bowl yeah had that stretch where they lost reeno and who was it was it mcaffrey and Debo and somebody else were Trent Williams yeah yeah so overall I thought they they did a decent job with that maybe that’s what kept them from winning it all I don’t know but I thought I thought they did a good job of that especially the way they handled the injuries in the secondary compared to what they’ve done you know three or four years prior to that yeah I I we I agree I thought just about everybody kind of had their injur but instead of it being six weeks it was three weeks compared to last year you know the past the last three four five years prior to that the Chiefs Cowboys Buccaneers Seahawks Packers bills like that’s murderers rope you know when you look at it on paper because all of those teams are playoff teams right they all made it to the playoffs last year and so with the Seahawks you know in front of that you go Seahawks you’re at Seattle home for the Chiefs home for the Cowboys you go to Tampa come back home for Seattle go to Green Bay then go to Buffalo that’s murderous role you get one or two guys hurt right there and we got some problems you know knock on wood all be it be CMC Trent Williams you know Debo iuk uh Fred Warner charvarius like someone who really is GNA to make a Nick Bosa G to make a a dent in what happens 49ers man they they tend to have people banged up nicked up as most D you know just about every NFL team does but it just seems more and maybe because they’re under the microscope maybe because we are the home of the 49ers and because I’m a 49ers had more injuries they just feel like it though they really do they really really do I think it on offense anyway I think it has something to do with the fact that they they they preach Yak you know and you make the and then you go hard and I know that’s football I get it but I think sometimes it takes a toll on a guy like you know like wider view of the entire league again looking at these MGM over unders four playoff teams from last year are projected to have losing records this season according to m GM Cleveland Browns eight and a half wins Rams 8 and a half Steelers s and A2 and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers seven and a half Mike Tomlin by the way has never had a losing season as a Steelers coach and let’s just for the heck of it you know if drapes was here sure we would have to look at the Eagles so let’s just for funsies see what Vic taer thinks of the Philadelphia Eagles uh 10 and a half is the number what do you think on the Eagles it’s hard to say right now I know but just for fun let me pull this schedule up and take a look at that the 49ers go to the east coast four times four times yeah let me take a look at this Philadelphia you know this not my squad yeah I know so you know I don’t pay attention to what the Philadelphia Eagles CJ Gardner Johnson yeah that bring that guy good draft class all right here we go we got Packers Eagles to start opening opening week that’s a win or a loss in the year and they’re in Philadelphia uh they’ll win that game okay you got Falcons I think they win that you got the Saints they got that so we’re already at three they got Buccaneers who they lost to right Eagles lost to the Buccaneers in the playoffs last year yes they go to Tampa that’s week four softer part of the schedule is early on yeah it looks that way Browns Eagles depends on DeShawn Watson what’s going to go on there that’s a I like the Browns defense their defense is fantastic I actually like deshan deal and the whole kid Kaboodle the whole league is $180 to $200 million that tells me there’s players in the league who could buy the WNBA if they wanted to I also think that if the the NBA didn’t back the WN ba if there was no WNBA somebody else would start one yes and then so it’s the NBA doesn’t want anybody infringing on basically the basketball Monopoly so it’s worth the NBA’s time for that reason also we have the WNBA and that means no one else is gonna have any women’s leagues yeah and you know what the other thing you’re starting to see less and less of is most of the time especially when the WNBA started a lot of the athletes still would go overseas and we just saw that with Britney Griner because they were getting paid better overseas they were bigger their their name was bigger the valuations you know financially they could make more money and you still see a lot of the players do that but you’re starting to see that less and less with some of the bigger name stars because now they’re able to you know make money outside of just playing playing basketball you know we see Asia Wilson’s and Brianna Stewarts and Sabrina ascu and escu like they’re getting you know equipment deals and shoe deals and all that so now they don’t don’t have to go over and play like Britney grinder did in Russia they don’t have to go over and play in the Italian leagues you know when get the whipping you know we saw it not too long ago right before I went in may they had some showers that hit the ground that you know had some flooding situations uh you know the sandstorms come through there yeah and it’s G to push that it always happens like what arena Stadium opens on the very day they expect it you know it’s like a newborn right you’re you’re you know you you expect to have it you know on the 13th but normally it doesn’t happen that way you know most people aren’t born on the day that they’re expected so same thing with the arena the stum you know I’m like it’s there’s this try a control element from the sideline between the coaches where they want to have control and they’re not teaching and developing the players the right tools so that they can go out on the field and make their own decisions that are best suited for the team he says there’s no field generals anymore he says when I looked at BR at Manning he was a guy that I looked up to he had ultimate control the games regressed in a little bit of that way based on what’s happened in high school football college football then the NFL is getting a much lesser developed quarterback at this point he says it’s more simplified whereas he said the quarterback in his mind and what he did is you had to know everything and run everything and now he says they’re taking that away from the quarterback the sidelines running everything they’re just telling the quarterback yeah you’re basically just another position and you do this Brady’s starting to sound like a a triple OG who’s not playing anymore calling certain things now I I think I think systems have been I don’t say simplified I think the power of certain quarterbacks have been taken but I also say this I think it has been taken because a lot younger quarterbacks are playing a lot earlier too where you know when Tom was coming through a rookie quarterback starting you know that was only a top five thing for the most part now you coming out second round we might need you to start so there’s a give and take to that I understand what Brady is but don’t start sound like an OG time I’m with him and I don’t even like Brady I don’t I wish we just done like go I I don’t think the teachings improved he says I think maybe the physical fundamentals might be a little bit improved because there’s better information out there but I don’t think quarterbacks really are field generals right now like they used to I mean can you name five right now who are field Generals in your mind well Brock py of course okay uh I think he’s not you don’t think he’s a field General no I think he I think he’s the opposite yeah well I’ll tell you this a great point you rais I bet you there are a lot of guys that played way back when some of them aren’t with us anymore but they would say no you I was a field General you’re not because some guys would like they call their own plays that never happens sure so I think it’s kind of the evolution of the position evolving away from that Sidelines are controlling more and more but I think Brady’s right I think he’s he has there’s something to it I just think like you said the evolution of the game I think there’s a lot of quarterbacks who play a lot younger compared to when Brady you know plays a lot younger too lot younger all right dear sir Hey listen I’ve been on an I’ll say this I think there are some quarterbacks who are beginning to separate themselves and and who have separated themselves from not being you know a a system guy like Josh Allen I think Lamar Jackson you got Aaron Rogers I think Joe burrow calls is I would say Justin Herbert’s probably gonna operate on his own like there’s some guys through the league if you would have asked me two three years ago and I think there’s some guys who kind of call their own shots at this point right now you know and you can kind of see it sometimes yeah you know who calls his own shots is zimon pilat does uh you know we had Jerry Reynolds on that day and he was he was very sad so like I say I don’t mean to bring the room down but I wanted to express to you how how sorry we are all sorry to lose Jerry West but how sorry we are for you because you you knew them man I actually got to know him yeah we did three different signings together and he had uh I posted on Instagram true sports cards Instagram a video that he that he wanted to do for my son that I you showed me that last week and it’s incredible it’s one of the first things I thought of when I heard the which is which is so weird the um the nature of it that I showed you that video last week when you and Jerry Reynolds came by the shop and then him passing the week after and and um you know I I will keep some of our private conversations private but I will tell you this Jerry West was somebody that was a super highly functional 86 year old to the point where like I’ll show you some photos of that we had at our last meeting meet up together he was wearing a a red vour uh L Cool J type of outfit yeah he’s and he drove himself to the the place that we met to do the autograph signing and he’s like yeah I got to go walk downstairs and I got to put money in the meter like he’s like he wasn’t like find the valet this is where I’m at he was a meter I’ll park of the meter hey great to see you talking to everybody that was there in the room and you know when you when you work with athletes and they’re signing autographs and sometimes you go can you add in that you’re a Hall of Fame XYZ they go okay what was it that you wanted again literally you tell Jerry what you want he goes okay no problem and he’s talking to you telling you stories he’s signing autographs he’s writing the inscriptions at 86 years old and you’re just watching this guy and and you know what he said to me he goes He leans over to me because his agent was there there and he goes I really don’t like doing this stuff I said autographs and he’s like yeah just I don’t like it but you know it people want My Autograph and I’m so honored to be able to do this still and actually get paid for it this is pretty amazing to me but I don’t have to do this and I go well I agree with you you don’t have to do this but just finish this finish this just finish this batch that that that for me and then you could never have to do this he was such a generous awesome guy and when sometimes when you meet your Heroes and I never got to watch him play but I’ve watched all the you know all the videos on YouTube Etc and you watch you know the half court heave and how he made that everything was a two-pointer back then so there was no if you think about what he would have scored had their three-pointers been available to them but you look at a guy like that and and you’re just so honored to go this is the logo I’m sitting right next to him and he’s having conversation he’s asking me about my son and how he’s doing and you know what’s it like to be father and then to leave a message and a video on our Instagram that says hey Becket uh these are some lessons I want you to learn and and the part that gives me chill still to this moment is that he says Becky by the time that you hear this I’ll probably be long gone I’m G to get emotional now I’m gonna be long gone because I’m so damn old is what he said I know I know and to now have that video for my son who’s not even two years old yet for him to understand it at four or five years old what Jerry did for my son and that’s just this the short moments that I had with him I can’t even imagine the people that he’s impacted over those years you know and so uh while while I don’t want to get emotional I do want to lean into the fact that he was one of the greats and I don’t mean just in basketball I mean as a person yeah well I’m like 40 or 50 years older than you but even in my and this is true of I think everybody here Jerry West my whole life even be you know when I was first born I was oblivious to it but my whole life he was he was uh a big time he had a big time influence on what was going on in basketball at that time he wasn’t there was no even the logo yet at that point right uh because he was still playing is what you’re saying well he when I was born he had just I think he’ just he finished the Olympics and again I had no idea about basketball till later on but he had started his career as a professional I think before I was born so he was Jerry West the player then you know the the executive and even you know he was Consulting for the Clippers as far as we know until you know just his his life ended but I mean he had his hand in what was going on in the NBA my whole life everyone in here like our whole lives it wasn’t like oh yeah he played for all he’s great and what’s he doing now I remember him no he was part of basketball the fabric of the NBA my whole life right the the the role that he played within the Kobe aspect of drafting and then uh I mean trading for V and him and that Sandpoint um having such a hand in the the Grizzlies grit and grind yeah and then yeah he was Grizzlies grit and grind then he consulted for the Warriors for a Time the I was reading an article just recently about how they how it was weird because he lived down the street from the Lakers he’s Mr Laker but yet didn’t have any kind of affiliation past that with the exception of the the Kobe shakers but then when he was done he really didn’t have that was unfortunate yeah it’s they were kind of like an estranged relationship did you uh have you heard the story and I this is the first time I had heard it this past week had you heard the story that Kobe was getting ready to be a Sacramento King if it wasn’t for Jerry West you better enlighten me on that one I do not know that story so I mean why do you tell it because Jerry Reynolds told you I heard it through well I don’t know if Kobe was getting ready for it but uh Jerry said no he was getting ready to be a king he Jerry said that he said Jeff Petri and I think Jerry was involved in the in the decisions but Jeff Petri was the GM but he said Jeff Petri was gonna Take Kobe oh him yeah we were gonna take him in the draft he said and at number 14 his agent had told everybody don’t pick me I’m gonna go to Italy and the Kings felt like okay we’ll pick you you can go to Italy and then when you’re done there you’ll be our property so they were gonna pick him and then Jerry Reynolds said to Jerry West Credit he recognized they’re gonna do that so he traded up so that they had would they could do the thing with Charlotte before in front yeah but they were gonna take him who is 8 who’s 96 uh for the Kings Paia who’ they take yeah uh that’s a KOB year yeah that I be right yeah that might be right and and then Paia stayed overseas for a couple years stayed there for years that was when Paia had the hat that didn’t fit him yeah that might have been PA yeah yeah I’m tell 96 or 97 I think pictures of that they’ve had you know they had him sign autographs today we had somebody pull out of one of our boxes Daddy Yankee the rapper autograph card from his first pitch that he he threw a first pitch I believe for the Mets and then they had monograph the guy pulled it in store that opened the box and uh we’re going to get that graded for so so the question for me is beside the cards that you just named what else am I looking to pull out of this is it Dylan Cruz like who’s the guy is it Paul like who am I trying to pull out of this randomly enough there’s one particular card that you’re gonna want for fun and for Value okay uh if anybody’s listening right now and they’ve collected for many years particularly 1989 Fleer there was a card the Billy Ripken error card yes okay for those of you and we’re gonna keep it super P Jackson holiday was doing guy what it is this guy can we do the seven second bump this guy’s literally the second 7 second before I can even about it I’m just done talking just I’m expert B he’s the no about that yeah so at the bottom of the bat Barrel Billy Ripken is holding in the backat and at the bottom of the bat Barrel it has a exploitive face right right and it was when you’re 12 years old like I was oh right we’re giggling around that we got this card they found out that it was an error they go uh oh we made a mistake so they had all meaning that you’re either going to get you’re going to get an autograph or you’re going to get be relic card that’s that’s kind of for me please a relic card is a a piece of Jersey that was cut and placed inside of a card um so that way you have a a piece of the jersey in there they’re not that valuable the but the autographs can be this guy right you’re already you’re already putting yourself down man man I’m trying to get you know is that is that in a tin is that a tin that’s not it’s just a cardboard like I felt like I’ve seen those things in a tin the other thing is there’s so many cards in here which is great there’s no way we can I won’t be able to open them there’s fillers we could try though we could try you know what we should do not say anything and just have you and then we’ll just go oh that was terrible 20 packs 12 why don’t you just open it while we’re while while we’re talking and then you can open two or three packs and see what happens then and if you don’t hit the Relic or autograph you can take it home show your wife and say look honey I’m I I promise you I’m gonna get something in here unlike my normal visits to Target Walmart Bars & Noble or where else you buy now em doesn’t he doesn’t rip cards but one time a year he’s explaining that so we’re gonna we’re gonna have yeah it was right here on the show we’re gonna have him break that because he’s gonna have to rip one of these pack I’ll open only one pack that’ll work this is not for me while while he’s uh trying to constructively get into that for those of you that are not watching yeah he’s using his teeth he’s ripping into it with his insiders have you heard that damont sabonis is changing his jersey number all right number as a collector does that change do anything does that hurt my value if I have a damont sabonis you know rookie for Oklahoma City and now the Jersey different or something a relic or or autograph of him in the king’s 10 what does that do for my value I think what ends up happening is uh people collect serial numbered cards specifically matches what’s called a jersey match so if they can get the card number 10 of 99 or 10 of 10 or 10 of 15 and and sabonis is wearing it oh they love it because there’s only one there’s only one number 10 of that card uh for you to collect so people love doing the Jersey match got now with it being CH with it changing to 11 they just go well moving forward it’s number 11 is the Jersey match so I wouldn’t say that it changes anything got the part that probably hurts a little bit is when you have an auto autra Jersey of sabonis and it was number 10 and now you have number 11 yeah and you still have number 10 but when it’s iconic when it’s a Kobe moving from eight to 24 not a big deal because he’s too iconic sure so maybe saus will get there one day but at this moment it’s not there but here’s the other thing too LeBron James changed jersey numbers multiple times do you remember what his first jersey number was before 23 on the Lakers uh six look at that look at that you guys are s and you don’t know confirmed 100% uhhuh sometimes it just doesn’t matter yeah you know what I mean and so um like do you know do to have Bo Jackson and to meet him I I’ve seen him at at shows he’s nice enough but he’s not like overtly nice yeah uh and so he’s nice enough to to to accommodate what you paid for but I wouldn’t say that he’s like hey let’s hang out um like some of these other guys we had Michael Cooper at the yeah event the line a hard time the the lines were long and I told people online I apologize for it taking so long but he’s interacting with each and you’re going to have a great time when you go up there to meet him and like Michael Cooper’s one of those guys will just he spend at least a couple it’s a great memory but as far as transferring value there’s not a lot there what if somebody right now they’re like I hear these guys talking about cards or I’m reading about cards I just want to make a little money I I used to do it I’m gonna jump in I think I can make a little money is that realistic is it reasonable absolutely is it yeah if you think about the Commerce aspect of things Buy Low sell High uh there’s two ways of doing it either somebody gives you a really great deal on a card if the card’s worth 20 bucks and you can get it for $15 and you can find somebody else to buy it for $18 you just made you know you made uh 20% on your money see that’s the problem for me I have you have to sell stuff to make money and as Jay knows I don’t want to sell anything don’t s anything as we’ve talked about in many many episodes prior to this everything is pristine so why would you sell it all everything is pristine actually said that but okay I’ll play along you said it with your eyes okay all right so yeah I I would just say that there’s always opportunities so there’s one way is to buy it at some sort of a discount and there’s people that are like I’d rather just sell it to you at a little bit less than putting on on eBay and dealing with all the headaches with it so I’m willing to sell it to you so you could put the leg work in to find the end consumer or you speculate have speculation on it so tonight Mavs versus Boston you’ve got somebody’s going to win tonight and if it’s the if it’s Boston an MVP is going to be named tonight right and it’s either going to be Jaylen brown or it’s gonna be Jason Tatum one of the two Drew holidays in there a little bit possibly but that would be shocking sure right that would be an Iguodala type of MVP right like nobody saw Iguodala be in the MVP but then he ended up being it so maybe Drew holiday will but it’s likely to be one of those two guys so now wouldd be a good time to speculate who’d be the guy for that and if you bought a Jaylen Brown you’re rolling in the dice if he gets MVP you’re likely to see a bump really yeah for sure and I will tell you a lot of jayen Browns yeah and and we bought rookies no I sold that okay I can tell you what condition they were in um without even knowing I just know who owns it but like Luca as an example that that’s a speculative buy at the time you bought him prior to the finals we’re probably seeing a little bit of a dip he’s gonna end up healthy he’s gonna end up top 20 player of all time right so if you’re buying him for the long-term go goal you’ll do well there’s always opportunity for you to make uh a little bit of money in in sports cards it is a stock that has the ability to drop 40 on any given night I bought a card from somebody this week on eBay because I’m trying to complete a set a basketball set but um when I was looking at the place I bought it from and it’s a guy or maybe I was I don’t know if I bought from them but this guy says oh our business is just me and my son we have this obsession with cards and because my wife was going crazy with how many cards I had said this guy said we started selling some to kind of you know get a little bit of just a a little bit of of income to supplement our you know give us money to to fuel our uh our Hobby and I thought well that’s kind of cool so it’s not like he doesn’t have a major business go or anything like you but he’s just kind of on the side and he’s having fun with it and that way he’s getting in more money to buy cards that that that’s a cool way to do it it’s just recycling the fun right so you’re going back in and and I would say that stay within your means we have everything from a $1 card to boxes that are $10,000 to box says 10K over in that store 10K wow well I’m not going to tell you where it’s at lock key I know you didn’t ask it but we said it on the radio so you should probably right it’s under locking key but um what box is that it’s called Uh NBA Panini Flawless 2022 it has Paulo banero rookies potentially in it um those are $110,000 a box and they have eight cards ask why why do they have no why are they 10,000 uh they have really really really really limited edition stuff for example paa bonero has a one of one autograph card in there that has the NBA it’s called a logo man speaking of Jerry West the logo man so they’ll take off of a game used Jersey they’ll take the little logo yeah and they’ll put that inside the card it’s right off of one of his game jerseys and he signs the actual card has no one pulled this card yet I believe it was pulled and I want to say it’s somewhere in the valuation of right around $100,000 got you so so now what am I looking what am I looking to pull out of the next one uh I mean there’s variations of that Hollow vro I don’t think anything’s numbered higher than I think 25 maybe or yeah so there’s there’s some real opportunities there for you but it’s high risk High reward as my co-host ail froso to say it’s uh risking it for the biscuit whatever you know what you should do if you get one of those cards you’re talking about tell me sleeve it it sleeve It Come on B you’re you’re going to one touch it one touch it and that’s the hard plastic with a magnet and you put the seal around it yeah em before we break here what would one do if let’s say I pull that card yeah what’s the best advice you would give me to make sure that that card is keeps its value number one besid the you know the vola market of of collecting but I guess what I’m asking is how do I get that card to you to make sure that thing is graded to make sure that it it’s not lost to make sure that I keep the value doesn’t get bent it’s still in my you know I have control like what’s the best way of going about keeping that value of that card let let’s say that the person opened the $10,000 box in store with me got and I watch them open it and go oh my goodness Jay you pulled the palaban chero one of one logo man autograph right we would hug uh yeah we would cry yeah we would high-five each other we’ call our wives and say look we’re rich and then if we wanted to get it graded you me or me for sure would get on a plane I jump on a plane absolutely not I’m flying it down there and I’m GNA hand it to them and I’m going to sit there while they review it and grade it it’s probably going to be somewhere in the $10,000 to get it graded range just to get that done but it would be it’s called same day Walkin at PSA ah and we would get that done right there and let’s just say that that 101 palero got a 10 an absolute uh gem mint we’re talking about half a million dollars or more yeah so so that’s that’s another way to uh make money in the sports cards why is to take a card and get it graded and have it be as you would call it pristine man we didn’t have any of those cars today but we had a good time we did have a Brandon Crawford jersey card that’s right that’s right of a jersey uh of a Giant’s Jersey
