Step One I start by sketching the oval of the hatchling’s egg. Although I know most of this shape will change, it helps me achieve the right proportions by drawing the entire shape. I use a 2H pencil to create the form of the hatchling with basic shapes. This sketch acts as a “blueprint” to ensure a plausible interaction between the hatchling and its environment.
The chances of winning a dragon draw scale with the amount of soul shards pledged. Soul Shard threshold of 10,000 and the player pledges 2,500, then there is a 25% chance that the player wins the draw.
Add a bumpy brow ridge above the eye to make your dragon look angry or menacing. Draw a line from the end of the muzzle toward the center of the circle to add the mouth, and put a few pointed teeth coming out of the mouth. Then give your dragon 2 curved horns coming off the back of its head to give it more character.
For simplicity, start with a rectangle to mimic the dragon's head, wider at the base and thinner at the nose. Use circles of varying sizes to simulate joints, like those of the wings. Use a connecting line to form the basis of the spine and tail.
