$42.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Title: Executive Assistant

Employment Type: Contract/Contract to Hire

Location: Portland, OR (Remote work options!)

Pay: $42 - $50 / hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a branch within a large hospital group. This position would support multiple executives as they help develop and grow this branch. This would be a great opportunity for someone with large company experience looking to grow further their career!

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to executive leadership.
  • Manages executives’ calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives, and prepares itineraries, plans logistics, and submits expense reports.
  • Maintains confidentiality on sensitive information.
  • Performs office tasks, including maintaining records and ordering supplies.
  • Position may require some onsite work at the Portland office

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of providing executive administration support for Director level and up
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Additional software proficiency in programs including OneDrive, Concur, SharePoint and project management tools’
  • Excellent communication skills, delivering information clear, concise, and consistent
  • Ability to manage conflicting tasks in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
